Reddit Business Manager is where a business keeps its ad accounts, pixels, profiles and payment methods. It's getting easier to share with an agency, track across accounts and control spend. Pixel sharing and partner access are live; Business Hub and account spend caps are on the way. Here's what changes and what to do.

This post is part of our Reddit ads roadmap. Dates are estimates and can shift.

What can you do in Reddit Business Manager today?

  • Partner access (live since 2025): invite an agency or partner brand through the Partners page and share business assets, like ad profiles and payment methods, without sharing logins.

  • Pixel sharing within a business (live): several ad accounts in one Reddit business can share one pixel. Conversions aren't deduplicated across those accounts, so one sale can show up in more than one account.

  • Pixel and Conversions API sharing with partners (live): a business can let its agency use its tracking and still own it.

What's coming to Reddit Business Manager?

  • Catalog sharing with partners (expected around Q1–Q2 2027): share your product catalog with an agency the same way.

  • Business Hub (invite-only test expected around Q4 2026–Q1 2027, wider in 2027): ad results and organic profile results in one view, with pointers on what to do next.

  • Account spend caps (expected around Q4 2026 through Q2 2027): one hard limit for the whole ad account, on top of campaign budgets.

What about lead gen and CRM connections?

Reddit is connecting leads to the systems sales teams use. HubSpot is in open beta as a partner for attribution, reporting and account setup, and data partners like Bombora, Demandbase, Clay and G2 add business data for targeting.

What should you do now?

  1. If you work with an agency, share access through the Partners page, never passwords.

  2. Use one pixel per business, and remember that a shared pixel can count one sale in several accounts.

  3. Set campaign budgets carefully until account spend caps arrive.

  4. Connect your CRM if you run lead gen, so you can see which Reddit leads become customers.
