Reddit Ads Agency Access: How to Share Your Pixel and Ad Account Safely

Reddit ads agency access works through partnerships in Reddit Business Manager. You connect your business with your agency's business, then share only what they need: an ad account, your pixel, your profile, an audience or a credit line. No passwords change hands, and you can remove access any time. Here's how it works and what's coming.
This post is part of our Reddit ads roadmap. Dates are estimates and can shift.
How does Reddit ads agency access work?
Reddit added the Partners page in April 2025. According to Reddit's help center, a business can share:
Ad accounts, with a maximum role you choose.
Pixels, so the partner can use your conversion data in its own ad accounts.
Profiles, so the partner can run ads as your brand.
Credit lines, so the partner can bill your payment method.
Custom audiences: customer lists and engagement retargeting audiences.

How do you set it up?
Ask your agency for its Reddit business ID.
In Business Manager, go to Business > Partners and create a partnership with that ID.
Once they accept, share only the assets they need.
Pick the role for a shared ad account carefully. It can't be changed after you save it.
What are the limits?
A pixel can be shared with up to five partner businesses.
An ad account can be shared with one partner at a time.
A business can have up to 15 partnerships.
Only the owner can rename the pixel or create its Conversions API token, so your agency needs a token from you to send server events.
Pixel sharing across ad accounts in one business doesn't merge conversions, so one sale can show up in more than one account.

How do you remove an agency's access?
Remove one asset, or end the whole partnership. Ending it removes access to everything you shared and stops ads that use those assets. Your campaign data stays.
What's coming next?
Catalog sharing with partners is expected around Q1–Q2 2027. Timing can shift. For now, a product catalog can only be used by the business that owns it.
